How to “self update” EM12c Cloud Control to add new agent Software

1.Click on “Check Updates”

2.Once the update finishes. Click on “Agent Software” , following screen will come up.

3.select the agent you want to download , click on “download “ , it will create a job, 

Run it immediately.

4.Once the download completes , select the agent  and click on action, select “apply” and once applied you are done 

Some Issues you might face

1.configuration error: might be because of MOS credentials, just enter a valid credentials and you will be all set

2. configuration error : library is not configured

Click on Add button , and enter the name and location of the files .
For 2 OMS system ,this should be a shared location
